We collect only the information necessary to efficiently provide our cloud services, which includes account information (such as names and work emails), and operational data entered through the system for processing purposes.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate, develop the platform, and improve the user experience for your organization. We strictly commit to never selling or renting our clients data to any third parties under any circumstances.

3. Data Security and Protection

We apply the latest global security standards and strong encryption systems to protect your data from unauthorized access. We use comprehensive security protocols, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and fortified sovereign cloud servers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your enterprise data for the duration of your active subscription to Nokhba Cloud services. Upon contract termination, we provide tools to export your data before securely erasing it from our servers in accordance with the agreement.

5. User Rights
